"HORIZON"
There's a word open to various interpretations. If you are sailing on the ocean, headed toward the horizon, you must notice that no matter how long and how far you sail, the horizon is always the same distance away.
This jives with the McCain "100 year" horizon. After 1 year, after 10 years, it will seem you are no closer to this ever receding "horizon".
Don't trust these people. They will lie until hell freezes over and the "horizon" is always just "over the rainbow".
