Is this what we need? Is this what we want? Women in combat? Well hooray for them. As for me, I see this as another step in the decline and fall of civilization. Will equality really make us all equal? Does equality mean the lowest common denominator? We need to search for the answer to this question. Time may be running short.
Although I profess to be an agnostic, I recognize the wisdom of much of The Bible. Below is some of that wisdom.
Matthew 5:9 9 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God".
If there is to be peace on Earth, it may have to come from the efforts of the female of the species. They bear the children, and they must work to create the environment that provides safety and peace for the children.
The male of the species has done very poorly in this effort. We men must learn to do better.
