Many years ago, I heard the saying that "the Supreme Court reads election returns". No doubt it is true.
Bush thought he had the Court under his thumb, and look what the ingrates have done to his Military Tribunal at Guantanamo. Some guy or gal puts on a long black robe, and suddenly they are thinking for themselves.
SHAME!! Who do they think they are?
