Dear Jackie

My wife and I took 2 legal firearms to the North County Courthouse this morning. We got in line and waited and waited and waited. After an hour and 1/2 we had to leave without being able to drop off the firearms. I'm 80 years old, and my bladder was about to explode, I'm lucky that my house is near the Courthouse, and I made it home in time.
I understand that the holdup was due to all the paperwork that had to be filled out. We were led to believe that it would just be a simple dropoff, not a bunch of paperwork. There must be a better way,
