Dear Senator boxer
I am 80 years old, and a gun owner since I was a boy. I just listened to President Obama make a speech about RATIONAL gun control.
The time has come to put the NRA down to a much lower level of inluence and pass some sensible laws concerning firearms. We have strict laws concerning automobile safety. Cars must be maintained. Drivers must be properly licensed. Liability insurance is required to protect citiens. Why is it less so for guns?
Protect our citizens. Pass sensible laws. The day for action is here.
