How can methods of death and destruction be kept out of the hands of the insane who are bent on the harming of innocent people? .As long as the NRA owns politicians, there may be no solution to the madness of random firearm killing.

Police authorities across the country should beware of the "monkey see-monkey do" syndrome. A lot of people that used to be locked up in mental institutions roam the streets now. If they don't take their meds, they may snap at any time.
