What's all this yada-yada I see in the Chron about BART escalators being used as bathrooms? There are no water outlets on the escalators. Hard to take a bath without water. Oh wait! You must mean toilet! I get it now.
There must be solutions to this problem. Maybe if the high pay bureaucrats would put some serious thought to the problem they would come up with some answers. Hey guys! The problem won't solve it's self. Intelligent intervention is needed.
