All the folks that are so opposed to government assistance with health care costs should be allowed to opt out. It should be made very clear that if they do opt out and become ill and can't pay the bill, then they die. No help from the government. You don't want to play, you don't want pay, then you will be be allowed to die in peace. No evil government interference.
