Idiot !

The Southwest Airlines pilot who went on a sexist and homophobic rant with an open microphone should be fired for inconpetance. If this pilot is so inattentive to detail that he doesn't know the mic is open, how can he be trusted with an airliner and the lives of passengers? Irresponsibiity must have penalties.
