The bad actor from Austria that has been beating down California for near 8 years is trying to really stick it to state employees by cutting their pay to minimum wage until a state budget is passed and signed. How unfair is this? The fools at the top of the food chain are to blame for this mess. So who gets punished? The little guy at the bottom of the chain. What happens when he can't make his house payment? When he has to run up his credit cards to the limit to feed the kids and when he can't pay the bill, then what?
