Iraq troop reduction

I figured a few months ago that there would be a reduction of troop strength in Iraq as the election grew closer.

Guess what? Some of the generals in Iraq are saying there will be troop reduction starting in September.

Here's the story. If it's a Republican plan, call it "strategic redeployment". If the Democrats ask for troop reduction, its called "cut and run".

Go figure.
