The Repubbys are making noise about the USA being a "Christian nation". Have none of these fools ever read the Constitution? Sometimes it would seem that they haven't, and are proud of it. The Constitution guarantees "freedom of religion". In my opinion, that also means freedom FROM religion. History is replete with horrible stories of what happens when religion runs amok, becomes entangled with politics, and vile deeds are done. Nazi Germany for instance.
I will never vote for, and I will vigorusly oppose any candidate who uses religion to promote himself and denigrate his opposition. Good must prevail, and evil must die.
