Right to Assemble

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The Oakland protestors are within their Constitutional right to assemble in protest. However, as a wise man once said, "My rights stop at the end of your nose".
Or was it "Your rights stop at the end of my nose". Whatever! I think the point has been made. Time to pack it up and give Oakland back to it's citizens. The cost will adversely effect city services to all the people.
