It is said that people get the government they deserve. IF this is true, we Californians must be a bunch of useless bums, because it would seem that the government we have is populated by useless bums that are unable and/or unwilling to do the right thing.
You may ask, what is the right thing? Well, a good start would be to ensure that the revenue coming into the government is in balance with the cost of providing the level of service that has been legislated, and is expected by their constituents.
It's very apparent that there is an obstructionist far right minority in the legislature that intends to wreck California, and they are well on their way to accomplish this evil deed.
