The president of the United States was addressing a joint session of the Congress with many dignitaries attending such as the Supreme Court Justices, Joint Chiefs of Staff, etc.
Some of the congressmen attending were "Twittering" during the speech.
May I say that anyone who would engage in such disrespectful activity while attending such an august occasion is nothing but a TWIT?
Did their mothers teach them no manners?
