This woman is a well known Falun Gong activist, and has been a heckler in the past at other events. Surely the Secret Service knows all about her.
Why was she given press credentials to attend this event? Do you suppose the Bushies knew she would create a fuss and embarass President Hu?
Knowing how heavy-handed these folks are, it should be no surprise if this was the idea. The Bushies won't allow any sort of protest anywhere near Bush, so how could this have happened if it wasn't intentional?
