Dick Cheney swearing in the new Senators:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States------------------------" etc.
Imagine Cheney having the Senators swear to support and defend the Constitution.
I hope they don't follow Cheney's example.
