HYPOCRITES PREVAIL

My observation of the day is that a Republican has a hard time saying "environment" without the shadow of a sneer crossing over his face.

TEA PARTY

Chris Matthews of "HARDBALL" fame has a show upcoming about the Tea Party titled "The Rise of the New Right". I suggest a different title that I believe has historical relevance. "THE RISE OF THE NEW REICH". Now, who will be the "Hitler" of the "New Reich"?

Someone on tv said in reference to BP's leak:
"Pandora's well spewing liquid, viscous death."

BP LIABILITY

There is no doubt that BP has a huge liabiolity for damages to the Gulf of Mexico and all the shorelines. How about the people that gave BP permission to drill? What is their liability? "Drill Baby Drill" should become "Pay Baby Pay"
Again I say, we need to stop burning oil. Use it for lubrication. Use it for manufacturing processes. Don't burn Baby, don't burn.
